  • 8 Eggs
  • 1 Cup Sour Cream
  • 2 Cans Diced Green Chiles 4 oz. each
  • 4 Cups Shredded Cheese
  • 3 Dashes Tabasco


  1. 1. In a Mixing bowl, beat the eggs, sour cream, and green chiles thoroughly with a fork.

  2. 2. Stir in the cheese and Tabasco.

  3. 3. Pour into a greased pie plate, or you can use a silicone pan as I did.

  4. 4. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

  5. Let sit for 5-10 minutes and serve with salsa, avocado, or guacamole.
